I'd rather go and get fresh food every few days than processed stuff that sits in my fridge for weeks. I did go to a one day conference a few weeks ago and ate way too much food that wasn't that good for me.I felt run down for a week afterward even though I made a conscious effort to eat well right away.Last year as part of a migraine elimination diet, I cut out pre packaged foods, fast foods and anything with high salts and sugars. You need to understand that when trying to loose weight theres more to it then what you are eating!!

Believe me, I'll think twice about doing that again.
However, my sister and her family are all vegan, she makes awesome meals.
I have what I consider to be an interesting background.
Among other things, I have training as a systems analyst and as an anthropologist.
But what do I know right I am not over weight and I am not trying to make money from over weight people. There is a great raw food restaurant in Toronto called LIVE at Dupont and Bathurst.
So contact LA weight loss /weight watchers/ Slim trim health spa / etc and they'll gladly charge you and tell you the same as I just diid ! Some of the vegetarian restaurants are also adding more raw items to their menus.
And also exercise should be at least 20 minutes of everyday too.
IF everyone who wants to loose weight would write down how many times they eat something or drink something during a day will find they are actually eating more then three full meals per day!
It would be pretty good to make them at home in place of a snack. )As for raw foods, theres so many health diets these days.
Local food diets, fasting diets, juice only diets, raw foods, vegan,detox it gets so confusing and seems just like new trends.
As for there being a specal number of calorie intake per day I can honestly say no there is not any specal intake rate .
